Welcome to Legalway.io (“Platform”, “Service”). Since interactions take place digitally, it is important to clearly set out the terms governing your use of this Platform.
In this Agreement:

  • “Legalway.io”, “We”, “Us” refers to the Platform operator.

  • “User”, “You” refers to any visitor or registered user.

  • “Professional / Expert” means independent advocates, chartered accountants, company secretaries or other experts empanelled or connected through the Platform.

By accessing or using Legalway.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

We:

  • Do NOT provide legal representation

  • Do NOT act as advocates, chartered accountants or company secretaries

  • Do NOT create any professional-client relationship

Legalway.io only facilitates access to digital tools, document templates, compliance tracking, AI-based informational assistance and connections with independent professionals where required.
Use of this Platform does not create any advocate-client, advisor-client or fiduciary relationship with Legalway.io.

Any information, AI-generated response, template or content provided on the Platform is:

  • For general informational purposes only

  • Not a substitute for professional advice

  • Not jurisdiction-specific unless explicitly stated

Legalway.io grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use document templates and content strictly for:

Resale, redistribution, commercial re-packaging or reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their practices.

  • Ensure accurate account information

  • Prevent unauthorized usage

Legalway.io may suspend accounts involved in misuse or security violations.

XIV. MODIFICATION OF PLATFORM & TERMS
Legalway.io reserves the right to:

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise notified.

XVIII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms together with Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between Legalway.io and the User.
